What is included?
The service describes individualized workout programming, ongoing coach check-ins and app-based guidance. Confirm device requirements, the coach-contact format and whether a gym, exercise equipment or wearable creates a separate expense. Coaching descriptions are not independently tested results.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Future’s terms allow cancellation through account settings or help@future.co, stopping future charges while access continues to the end of the paid period. Its help article describes Profile → Settings → Your Account → Update Membership → Cancel Membership and a confirmation email, with no partial-period refund. The current offer separately advertises a full refund when cancelling within 30 days; confirm that offer’s eligibility and procedure. That introductory offer should not be read as a general refund promise for later months.

- Save the later renewal charge and any introductory-refund conditions, not only the first-month amount.
- Choose training appropriate to your circumstances and consult a qualified professional when needed.
- Keep the cancellation confirmation; deleting the app is not the same as cancelling a paid membership.
