DirectMeds: GLP-1 costs, billing & cancellation

Provider profile · Fit ’n’ Healthy editorial research · Checked November 3, 2026

A practical review of DirectMeds’ current partner offer, regular compounded GLP-1 charges and recurring-refill terms.

Know the commitment: The partner page advertises a starting offer of $147, while its pricing FAQ lists regular monthly charges of $297 for compounded semaglutide and $399 for compounded tirzepatide. Check the exact first charge and later billing for the selected product.

What DirectMeds offers

DirectMeds describes an online assessment reviewed by a licensed provider, with prescription products dispensed through third-party pharmacies when prescribed. Its current GLP-1 partner page lists injection and oral formats. Different formulations should not be assumed equivalent to each other or to an approved branded medicine. Billing, cancellation and refunds

The April 16, 2026 terms describe recurring prescription charges every 30 days and require auto-refill to be turned off at least 48 hours before the next processing date. Initial prescription cancellation may be attempted within 24 hours only if the order has not reached the provider network. The terms limit prescription returns and describe exceptions for denied prescriptions, unshipped, wrong, damaged or unsafe products. Ask support about the applicable exception and any return-disposal charge; stopping future refills does not automatically refund an existing order.

Clinical limits: Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. A clinician must assess suitability; a provider listing is not an approval of a product or a promise of treatment results. Read FDA’s explanation of compounded medicines and our medical disclaimer.

Before choosing

  1. The partner program excludes Arkansas. Confirm current service eligibility and pharmacy availability for your state.
  2. Separate cancellation of the initial order from switching off later refills, and request written confirmation.
  3. Confirm the prescribed formulation and discuss risks and alternatives with your clinician; this profile does not assess a treatment.
