HealthRX: GLP-1 prices, renewals & refunds

Provider profile · Fit ’n’ Healthy editorial research · Checked November 3, 2026

An overview of HealthRX’s currently published monthly GLP-1 offer, ongoing charges and the distinction between a one-time purchase and a subscription.

Know the commitment: The FAQ lists a $99 first month for either medication, followed by $165/month for compounded semaglutide or $214/month for compounded tirzepatide. A first-month price is not the ongoing rate.

What HealthRX offers

HealthRX describes a telehealth platform connecting adults to independent US-licensed clinicians and a pharmacy. Treatment is conditional on the clinician’s decision. This profile focuses on the public cash-price offer, not an insurance quote or a guarantee of eligibility. Official service information

What is included?

The FAQ lists clinician review, medication if prescribed and shipping as included in the stated monthly offer. Confirm the actual formulation, supply period and additional services. The website describes cash pricing without insurance; HSA/FSA or other reimbursement should be checked with the relevant plan.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Subscribe & Save renews until cancelled at the disclosed price and interval; one-time purchases do not renew automatically. The published cancellation route is support@healthrx.com. The FAQ says unshipped doses are refundable, while the policy makes sales final after charging and carrier handover and excludes returning dispensed medication. The terms separately promise a refund if the provider declines to prescribe after payment. Ask support which status applies to your order and keep confirmation that future billing has stopped.

Clinical limits: Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. A clinician must assess suitability; a provider listing is not an approval of a product or a promise of treatment results. Read FDA’s explanation of compounded medicines and our medical disclaimer.

Before choosing

  1. Compare the first charge, later monthly charge and any prepaid alternative using the same time period.
  2. Confirm prescription eligibility and state availability directly; payment alone does not guarantee a prescription.
  3. Identify whether you are cancelling a future subscription or requesting a refund for an existing order.

Sources & how we checked

We reviewed the public FAQ, terms and refund policy. We did not place an order, enter health information or obtain a personalized quote. Whether an offer pays us a commission does not change the price-comparison criteria. This is document-based service and purchasing research, not a clinical evaluation, hands-on test or medical recommendation. No medical reviewer has reviewed this profile. Confirm current offer terms and availability before paying.
