What The Purchase Includes
The two home kits list collection materials, prepaid shipping in both directions, online results and educational support. Everlywell 360 follows a different process: arrange a Quest blood draw, receive results online and review the included care plan. Check whether a live consultation is included in your particular plan.1–4
Eligibility And Availability
The general terms require US location and age 18 or older unless a product states otherwise. Product availability varies by state. Shipping excludes US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses; samples must be collected and returned from eligible states.5, 6
Renewal, Cancellation And Refunds
Memberships renew automatically. The current terms allow cancellation through account settings or support, with at least 24 hours before the next charge; cancellation affects future billing. Product-specific terms take precedence.5
For website purchases, the terms exclude home-kit refunds after shipment. In-person orders can generally be canceled within 60 days with a $20 retained fee, but not after collection. Appointment use is limited to 12 months. Confirm which rules apply to a membership rather than assuming the individual-test policy covers it.5
Older Policies Need Care: A 2024 Everlywell+ article describes a twelve-month commitment and two-business-day notice. A 2022 kit-subscription article gives minimum-kit requirements and 48-hour notice. These concern different or older plans; do not apply them automatically to a new 360 membership. Save the terms shown for your actual order and resolve any inconsistency with support.5, 7, 8
Clinical Limits And Food Sensitivity Claims
A larger panel does not establish that every marker is needed for you. This profile does not recommend a testing schedule, diagnose a deficiency or determine a supplement dose.
Everlywell also markets IgG food-sensitivity panels. AAAAI recommends against using food IgG testing to diagnose food allergy or intolerance/sensitivity because supporting evidence is lacking; IgG may reflect normal food exposure. We do not present those panels as a reliable way to identify foods to eliminate.9
