MEDGm offers online clinician review for prescription weight-management treatment. This profile compares published costs and purchasing conditions. A prescription depends on a licensed clinician’s assessment; completing a questionnaire or paying does not guarantee treatment.

What The Purchase Includes
The compounded product pages list prescribed medication, consultation, lab work and shipping within the plan price. Confirm the actual medicine, quantity, pharmacy and included follow-up in your quote. Brand-name offers use a different membership-plus-medication model; their membership figure is not the full treatment cost.1–4
Renewal, Cancellation And Refunds
The contracted period is paid upfront and renews for the same length until canceled. The terms allow billing or shipment up to ten days before renewal. A separate financing agreement may remain payable after cancellation.4
Different Deadline Reference Dates: The terms require 72 hours before the renewal date, while the refund policy requires 72 hours before the next billing date. Early billing can make these different dates. Ask for your actual charge date and applicable cutoff in writing, and cancel well before both.4, 5
The refund policy permits cancellation through support@medgm.org or the account/patient portal where available. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal without a prorated refund of the paid term. A clinician’s formal medical disqualification can allow a full current-term refund before the first shipment, or a refund for unshipped months after shipments have begun.5
Platform And Availability
MEDGm, LLC provides the platform; medical care is supplied by its affiliated clinical providers. Availability depends on state rules and clinical eligibility. Confirm your location and age are eligible before committing to a plan.4
Clinical And Research Boundaries
Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing and says they should be used only when a patient’s medical needs cannot be met by an FDA-approved drug.6
We have not purchased treatment, assessed the pharmacies, tested the service or evaluated medical outcomes. Discuss medicine selection and dosing with your licensed treating provider.
Before You Pay
Save the total charge, term, shipment schedule, renewal amount, cancellation confirmation process and refund exceptions. Confirm the final quote and any separate financing obligation.
