Privacy & cookies

How information is handled on Fit ’n’ Healthy.

Last updated November 3, 2026

This notice explains the information processed when you read Fit ’n’ Healthy, use our cookie controls, contact us or follow a provider link. Google Analytics is optional. You can read our content without accepting analytics.

Who is responsible

Fit ’n’ Healthy operates under the name RR Online Service. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@fitnhealthy.org. Our legal notice provides the website’s operator contact information.

Website delivery, hosting and security

Your browser sends technical information needed to request a page, including your IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and connection details. Our hosting and website-security services process technical requests to deliver content, investigate faults and protect against abuse. We use WordPress, hosting through Spaceship, and website security and backup tools. Administrative sign-in involves authentication and security cookies. Public reading does not require an account.

These necessary operations are separate from optional audience measurement. Rejecting analytics does not prevent the server from receiving the technical information needed to deliver a page. The theme uses locally hosted images and system fonts.

Google Analytics 4: optional audience measurement

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our content and to improve the website. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is Google’s service entity for users in the EEA; Google LLC and Google service providers may also process information. Our website’s measurement ID is G-2JFEMT8GYS.

The current setup measures page views, scrolling and clicks on external links. Measurement can include the page URL and title, referring website or campaign, interaction time, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, and pseudonymous browser and session identifiers. When the Google tag runs, your browser contacts Google and transmits technical request information, including its IP address. Pseudonymous measurement is not the same as anonymous browsing; the topic of a page or link can also indicate an interest in that subject.

Automatic website-search, form-interaction, video and file-download measurement are disabled. Email-address redaction is enabled. We configured the search/contact URL parameters s, q, search, query, email, phone and name for redaction. These controls reduce unintended collection; they are not a guarantee that every possible identifying value will be removed. We do not intentionally send medical records, prescription information, payment-card details or contact-message contents to Analytics. Please do not put sensitive information into website URLs.

This setup does not enable advertising remarketing or demographic-interest reporting in SiteSEO, and no Google Ads account was linked as part of its implementation. We do not use Analytics to make medical, insurance or eligibility decisions about you. Logged-in administrator, editor, author and contributor roles are excluded from this website’s Analytics tag.

Accepting, rejecting and withdrawing permission

The Google Analytics tag is held back until you choose Accept analytics. Choose Reject analytics to continue reading without loading it. Continued browsing, inactivity, accepting website terms and clicking a provider link do not count as Analytics consent.

Open Cookie settings to change your choice. To withdraw permission, choose Reject analytics, then reload any open Fit ’n’ Healthy page so a previously loaded tag stops running. Your refusal is saved and the tag is not loaded on subsequent page loads. You may also delete existing Analytics cookies through your browser. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not automatically erase information already received by Google. You can contact us about deletion or other rights.

How long Analytics information is retained

Both user-level and event-level retention in our GA4 property are set to two months, with the option to reset user-data retention on new activity switched off. This setting does not determine the lifetime of browser cookies and does not remove standard aggregated reports, which may remain available for longer. Cookie lifetimes are described below.

Google recipients and international processing

Information may be processed by Google and its service providers outside your country, including in the United States. Google publishes its privacy policy, Analytics data safeguards and data-processing terms, including information on international transfers. These documents describe Google’s arrangements; we do not present them as proof that every account-specific contractual requirement has been completed. See the service-information note below.

The current public-site cookie controls are provided by SiteSEO. They distinguish the choice needed to remember your preference from optional Google Analytics cookies.

Google explains its cookie defaults and data-retention settings. Your browser can limit or delete cookies. Deleting the saved preference can cause the banner to appear again. WordPress administration can use additional necessary authentication cookies; those are not required for an ordinary visitor to read our pages.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to review search impressions, clicks, search queries reported for our pages and indexing information. Verifying this website in Search Console does not install a separate visitor-analytics tag on its pages. Search Console reports concern Google Search and should not be confused with the optional GA4 measurement described above.

Provider links, including some product, price and policy sources, may be commission-bearing affiliate redirects. Our affiliate disclosure identifies the current networks and provider relationships. Katalys links use a redirect through track.revoffers.com; other partner links use BonusArrive, including its bonusarrive.com/s/ short links. Specific source pages stay directly linked where the network does not support their exact destination. Regulatory and independent sources remain directly linked.

Following an external link sends a request to the destination and, for an affiliate link, to the tracking network. They may receive your IP address, browser information, referring information, time and referral/click identifiers. The provider and network may use their own cookies and share attribution information, such as a qualifying transaction reference or product category, to determine commissions. Such information can relate to the subject of the linked service. We do not put medical records or contact-message contents into our affiliate links.

We have added referral links, not an on-site Katalys tracking script or a BonusArrive tracking pixel. The Analytics banner controls Google Analytics on Fit ’n’ Healthy. Rejecting Analytics does not disable a separate network redirect or control cookies and processing on another website you choose to open. To avoid an affiliate referral, navigate to the provider’s website independently. Read the provider’s notice and the Katalys privacy policy before proceeding. The destination may use additional tracking partners, and its own choices and notices apply after you leave this website.

Email enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and related technical information. We use these to respond, consider corrections and manage the enquiry. Send only what is necessary. Do not send medical histories, prescriptions, identity documents or payment-card information. Our mailbox is not a patient portal or a clinical service.

Purposes, legal bases and retention

Where the GDPR applies, optional Analytics processing relies on your consent under Article 6(1)(a). Optional storage or access on your device relies on consent under Section 25(1) of Germany’s TDDDG where applicable. Saving a requested cookie preference and necessary delivery/authentication functions serve the relevant necessary-function exception rather than permission for optional tracking.

Website delivery and proportionate security serve our legitimate interest in running a reliable information service under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Ordinary editorial enquiries are handled for our legitimate interest in responding and maintaining accurate content; contractual or pre-contractual enquiries may fall under Article 6(1)(b), and required records may be kept under Article 6(1)(c). We retain information according to its purpose, applicable obligations and relevant security needs. Analytics and consent durations are specified above; exact host-log, security, backup and mailbox schedules remain part of the service review below.

Your privacy rights

Where applicable law provides these rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for the future without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to contact@fitnhealthy.org; please describe the relevant interaction and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.

Under the GDPR we normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions. You may complain to a competent data-protection authority, including the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Any additional US-state rights depend on the law and processing concerned. Our current Analytics banner is not a general sale/sharing opt-out for external networks; contact us about applicable rights or a referral you followed.

Adults, sensitive information and updates

Our editorial content is intended for adults. We do not offer patient accounts or invite children to submit information. Tell us if a child has sent personal information so we can assess the appropriate response. We update this notice when actual services or settings change and show the revision date above.

Service information still being confirmed

The exact hosting and mailbox contractual entities, hosting/security/backup/mail retention schedules, account-specific processing agreements and applicable international-transfer arrangements are still being confirmed. The same review covers affiliate-network retention and any additional visitor choices required for the actual referral flow. These items are not represented as verified merely because a vendor publishes standard terms. Contact us for the information available about your enquiry or use of the site.
