A practical look at Strut Health’s compounded GLP-1 weight-management subscriptions for US adults: published charges, included services, automatic refills and cancellation.
Know the commitment: these are recurring prescriptions. Strut’s terms describe full prescription charges every 30 or 90 days, depending on the refill schedule. Its help center says to cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipment; processed refills cannot be cancelled for a refund. Subscription policy · Cancellation instructions
What Strut Health offers
Strut lists compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide as injections and oral buccal lozenges. A clinician determines whether a prescription and compounded formulation are appropriate. Strut also lists other health services; this profile focuses on weight-management subscriptions. Official weight-management range
Strut operates the platform. Its legal documents identify Titan-affiliated independent clinicians as providing medical care, using questionnaires, secure messaging and, where appropriate, phone or video consultations. Treatment access and outcomes are not guaranteed. Telemedicine consent
Compounded is an important distinction. These preparations are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing and recommends their use only when a patient’s medical needs cannot be met by an approved drug. A lower price alone does not establish suitability. FDA guidance
Published prices and the cost of continued refills
USD, checked on the provider’s public product pages. Starting prices apply to the displayed subscription or auto-refill offer. Final pricing follows clinical review; tirzepatide pages explicitly state that price depends on the prescribed dose.
| Plan | Displayed monthly supply | Three monthly supplies* | Price basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Compounded semaglutide Oral buccal lozenge | From $99 | $297 | Auto-refill; price panel shows a 30-day supply |
| Compounded semaglutide Injection | From $129 | $387 | Auto-refill; monthly vial |
| Compounded tirzepatide Oral buccal lozenge | From $199 | $597 | Subscription; 30-day supply; dose-dependent price |
| Compounded tirzepatide Injection | From $149 | $447 | Auto-refill; monthly vial; dose-dependent price |
*Illustrative arithmetic: three supplies at the displayed starting price, assuming unchanged pricing and no added charges. These figures are not a quoted 90-day package, minimum contract or amount due today. Higher doses, different refill arrangements or additional services may change your total. Confirm the actual charge, supply length and next renewal before authorizing payment.
Price sources: compounded oral semaglutide, compounded injectable semaglutide, compounded oral tirzepatide, and compounded injectable tirzepatide.
Oral and injectable preparations should not be treated as clinically interchangeable options selected only by price. We do not recommend a medicine, route or dose.
What is included—and what still needs a quote?
- Provider-stated inclusions: the prescribed medication, healthcare-provider consultations and shipping. Product pages also advertise provider messaging and follow-ups.
- Separate charges: we did not find a separate membership charge on these product pages. Confirm whether any individually requested tests, outside care, supplies, taxes or other services add to your own quote; we did not establish a complete fee schedule for these items.
- Payment: Strut describes its service as cash-pay and says it does not bill insurance. Its FAQ notes that HSA/FSA card transactions may be declined by the card issuer. Provider FAQ
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Automatic renewal: prescriptions continue with full charges every 30 or 90 days until paused or cancelled, according to the subscription policy. We did not establish a fixed annual commitment from the documents reviewed. Service terms, section 20
- Cancel before processing: the help article updated October 20, 2026 directs users to their account, active order and “Cancel Subscription.” It asks for at least 48 hours before scheduled shipment. The FAQ instead refers to 48 hours before processing, so confirm the earlier processing cutoff. Keep confirmation of cancellation. The terms also give care@struthealth.com for pausing or cancelling. Cancellation help · FAQ
- Refund limits: the published policy, dated September 21, 2021, excludes cancellation refunds after pharmacy processing and medication returns/refunds once medication leaves the pharmacy. For defective or damaged items, contact Strut within two weeks of delivery about replacement. Ask how the policy applies to any unprocessed prepaid supply. Refund policy
Check these points before enrolling

The FAQ’s shipping answer is dated September 2024 and excludes Arkansas; individual medications may have further limits. Confirm current availability for your location and prescription. Eligibility terms · Shipping FAQ
- Care and dispensing: obtain the clinician’s name, dispensing pharmacy, state-license details and formulation. We have not independently verified individual licenses or established which pharmacy would fill a particular order.
- Your full commitment: save the quoted charge, prescribed supply, any dose-related price changes, processing date, renewal schedule and cancellation confirmation. Request written answers where the public pages leave a question open.
