What is included—and what may cost extra?
Standard delivery, room-of-choice delivery and white-glove delivery/assembly are different service levels. The shipping policy describes white-glove service as unpacking, cardio-machine assembly and packaging removal, with location/stair limits. Confirm your exact selected service, delivery access, space and electrical requirements before buying.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Store policies require return authorization and contact within 30 days of receipt, original packaging and the required condition. Return freight or packaging costs can apply. Some items may incur a handling fee up to 20%; the policy describes exceptions for in-room or white-glove delivery. Cancellation after shipment can leave the buyer responsible for return costs. Model-specific warranty terms and exclusions should be read separately. A “30-day guarantee” is not an unconditional promise of a cost-free return.

- Save a written delivered-price quote including tax and assembly. Ask which parts of a delivery or return charge are refundable.
- Measure doorways, stairs, ceiling height and the intended workout space. Check model-specific capacity and installation requirements.
