Renewal, Cancellation And Refunds
The terms describe an initial authorization hold, with charging after provider approval and release if not approved. Voluntary cancellation after intake but before medical review may carry a $100 fee; once review begins, the initial order cannot normally be canceled.3
The refund policy sets a renewal cutoff of 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time at least seven days before renewal. The terms express the cutoff as at least 48 hours before the renewal authorization date, normally five days before renewal. Check the exact dates in your portal.3, 4
