Know the commitment: A test purchase and a subscription can have different commitments. The refund policy says subscription pricing requires at least two orders; cancelling before the second is fulfilled can trigger repayment of the first order’s discount.
What Kitlab offers

What is included—and what may cost extra?
The Common kit page describes collection materials, instructions and a return label, plus virtual follow-up for positive results. It also offers different shipping selections. Those inclusions should not be assumed for every kit. Ask whether any treatment, prescription, expedited delivery or replacement would cost extra.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
The refund policy gives a full refund before an order is packaged and prepared for shipment. After preparation but before use, it describes a deduction of $30 per test. Shipping fees are not refundable after dispatch. Refund requests must arrive within 14 days of ordering, and used or lab-submitted kits are excluded. Do not return kits without following the provider’s instructions. Subscription orders have the two-order condition described above.
