Oak Longevity: weight-loss costs & cancellation terms

Provider profile · Fit ’n’ Healthy editorial research · Checked November 3, 2026

A guide to Oak’s online weight-management offer, the payment information to save and the boundary between future cancellation and an existing prescription order.

Know the commitment: Published starting prices differ between Oak’s homepage and the current partner intake. They do not establish the full charge or renewal for your chosen plan. The terms restrict cancellation once treatment is approved and sent for fulfillment.

What Oak Longevity offers

Oak connects users to independent medical providers through an online platform. Its weight-management offer requires clinical evaluation before a prescription product is supplied. The partner destination begins with health and eligibility questions; we did not submit answers or obtain a personalized offer. Official service information

Costs and the full payment

We have not quoted one monthly charge because the public pages show different starting amounts and do not establish the applicable supply period or full payment for this referral.

What is included?

Oak describes online provider review, prescription coordination, pharmacy fulfillment and ongoing support. Confirm the services, medication, shipping and any consultation fees covered by the selected payment. The general terms discuss a consultation component; do not assume that a “no membership fee” headline resolves every fee question.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

The terms allow future subscription cancellation through the account and say processing is on a best-efforts basis, aiming for 24 hours. A paid refill within 48 hours of shipment can still be sent. More specifically, once a provider has approved and prescribed treatment and the order is sent to a pharmacy or fulfillment partner, that order is non-cancellable and non-refundable under the policy. Closing an account or attempting to stop a shipment does not undo that restriction. Confirm the terms on your actual offer.

Clinical limits: Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved. A clinician must assess suitability; a provider listing is not an approval of a product or a promise of treatment results. Read FDA’s explanation of compounded medicines and our medical disclaimer.

Before choosing

  1. Ask for the full charge and supply duration before paying, particularly where a low monthly equivalent is advertised.
  2. Confirm that the provider and dispensing pharmacy can serve your state.
  3. Distinguish stopping the next renewal from cancelling an already approved prescription order.

Sources & how we checked

We reviewed Oak’s public service and contract information and the current partner offer without submitting a medical intake or obtaining an individual price. This is document-based service and purchasing research, not a clinical evaluation, hands-on test or medical recommendation. No medical reviewer has reviewed this profile. Confirm current offer terms and availability before paying.
