Costs and the full payment
There is no single price covering every Sesame clinician, specialty or membership. We have not treated an advertised starting price as a guaranteed quote for your appointment.

What is included?
Review the actual appointment or program listing for visit format, clinician access and follow-up. A consultation price should not be assumed to cover prescriptions, pharmacy charges, lab work or a separate membership. Ask about the service you intend to book.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
The general terms describe full-refund cancellation windows of three hours before a virtual visit and 24 hours before an in-person visit. They exclude missed visits and dissatisfaction with a clinical outcome, including not receiving a prescription. For general membership renewals, the terms call for cancellation at least 48 hours before processing, by support email or phone; paid current periods are not normally prorated. Multi-month plans can have a different early-cancellation calculation. Specific programs can have additional rules, so retain the terms of the service actually purchased.
Before choosing
- Confirm that the clinician can provide the service in your state and that the appointment is suitable for the issue you want assessed.
- Record the appointment time and cancellation deadline separately from any subscription renewal.
- Use the provider’s own secure service for clinical details. Fit ’n’ Healthy does not book appointments or receive your medical intake.
